Terms and Conditions
1.Free Trial Lesson:
•Students can select a teacher and schedule during the trial lesson to design a suitable program.
•Details about payment, hours, and lessons required for the curriculum or goals are shared with the student or parent.
•Registration depends on seat availability, and course membership is valid for one month from the first class.
2.Registration:
•Details of the registration process are outlined to ensure compliance with seat availability and class scheduling.
3.Course Fees:
•Determined based on the selected program.
•Fees must be paid before the first lesson, and parents are allowed a one-week grace period to complete payments after the due date.
4.Payment Policies:
•Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
5.Attendance and Makeup Lessons:
•Attendance is mandatory to maximize benefits.
•If a student cancels a lesson 24–4 hours before it, it will not be counted as absent, and makeup options will be provided.
•Students must be punctual, and teachers are required to compensate for any lost time due to their delays.
6.Rescheduling Times:
•Course timings can only be rescheduled once per course period.
•Rescheduling must be agreed upon by the academy, teacher, and student.
7.Freezing Classes:
•Short-term freezing (10–14 days) is allowed for urgent situations; longer periods require re-enrollment with new payment.
•Long-term freezing (1–2 months) is possible but must not exceed two months.
8.Teacher Diversity:
•Multiple teachers may be provided to expose students to diverse dialects and teaching styles.
•Activity groups may be organized for speaking and interaction to enhance communication skills.
9.Books and Materials:
•Most learning materials are included in course fees, but some may require additional payment.
10.Privacy and Data:
•Personal data is used solely for educational and administrative purposes and is kept confidential unless consent is provided.
11.Teacher and Administration Interaction:
•Teachers handle teaching-related matters, including assignments and schedules.
•The administration manages fees, complaints, and other inquiries.

Return and Refund Policies
1.Refund Conditions:
• Fees are non-refundable once the course begins, except in special cases under specific conditions.
2.Makeup and Cancellation Policies:
•A two-week grace period is provided to make up missed lessons after the monthly package ends.
•The academy can assign substitute teachers for makeup lessons if the primary teacher is unavailable.
3.Repeated Cancellations:
•Students are allowed to reschedule lessons up to twice. After the third cancellation, the lesson will not be rescheduled.
